About Lynn
From a very young age, I felt strong intuitive connections, energetic sensitivity, and a deep inner peace that has never left me.
I was born and raised on the island of Martha's Vineyard, off the coast of Massachusetts, where natural beauty abounds, and my family roots run deep. For many years, I owned and operated a healing practice on Martha’s Vineyard and Cape Cod, where I facilitated private and group sessions, taught weekly energy healing classes, led an Intuitive Youth program, created and facilitated Empowered Empath Workshops, and certified others in Reiki.
As I consciously began tuning in to energetic vibrations and using energy as medicine, I experienced profound shifts within my own energy field. Along my spiritual path, I studied with gifted teachers, including shamanic practitioner and author Steven Farmer, Doreen Virtue, the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, and Dr. Alberto Villoldo, who lived with the medicine people of the Andes and studied with the last surviving Incan shamans.
My greatest rite of passage in this lifetime came through a near-death experience at the age of twenty-five that deepened what I had always felt about consciousness and the continuity of life.
Today, my work is the continuation of more than 25 years in energy medicine. I weave together soul retrieval, intuitive Reiki, sound healing, consciousness work, and intuitive messages to help clients reconnect with their true essence, restore balance, and remember their own innate power.
Much of what I bring through comes from working with my guides and within the consciousness field itself, allowing healing energy to flow naturally, guided by its own intelligence, always for the highest and greatest good.
Today, Lynn is Co-Founder of Optimum Wellness, author of River of Light: 7 Chakra Journal and Guidebook, and continues her work through private sessions, classes, workshops, speaking engagements, and bioresonance therapy.
