After a decade of burnout from a high-stress career in finance, I realized my health, movement, and overall well-being had taken a back seat. That experience led me to changing careers to pursue a more balanced approach to life, fitness, and overrall wellness, focused not just on aesthetics, but on how the body truly functions and feels day to day.
My approach combines corrective exercise, functional strength training, mobility work, and lifestyle guidance to help clients improve movement, address muscle imbalances, reduce discomfort, and build a stronger foundation for long-term health and performance. Rather than focusing on quick fixes or intensity alone, I help clients restore balance within the body, and build sustainable habits that support overall wellness both inside and outside the gym.
The BALANCED BODY Process:
Step 1 ~ Initial Assessment
We begin with an initial assessment where we discuss your goals, movement history, lifestyle, and any limitations or discomfort you may be experiencing. This session helps identify imbalances, movement restrictions, and areas that may be holding you back.
Step 2 ~ Personalized Program Design
Based on your assessment, I will create a personalized plan tailored to your goals, current fitness level, and lifestyle. We’ll outline a realistic timeline, recommended training frequency, corrective exercises, mobility work, and foundational nutrition guidance to support long-term progress.
Step 3 ~ Reassess and Progress
As your body adapts and improves, we regularly reassess movement, strength, mobility, and overall progress to make adjustments and continue building toward your long-term goals safely and sustainably.
